After we receive acceptances from all speakers we will advise the specific date and time of your presentation. Keep checking the website and email updates regularly.
As an Ignite-style presenter, you will get a 5-minute time slot to present your study/idea to an audience during one of the Ignite-style sessions. You need to present your topic using 20 slides; each slide needs to be displayed on a timer (15 seconds) which then automatically moves to the next. We anticipate these to be a fast and fun sessions and your creativity is encouraged.
Time limit will be strictly enforced by the Chair.
These will be grouped into appropriate themes/topics and Chairs will be responsible for introducing each speaker and timekeeping. We anticipate approximately 5 speakers per hour long session therefore please prepare a brief presentation. A short Q&A session may follow.
These will be in a form of a robust discussion. The Chair will have some prepared questions as well as take questions from the audience.
Poster + 3
As a Poster+3 presenter, you will need to bring your printed poster and have it displayed at an allocated session. You will also get a 3-minute time slot to present your study to an audience during one of the Poster+3 sessions. Time limit will be strictly enforced by the Chair.
Poster boards will support an A0 poster in portrait orientation, and velcro dots will be provided.

We are delighted at the quality of submissions and the level of interest in the conference; however, this necessitates that some sessions are made shorter than originally intended to allow more equitable speaking time. Symposia sessions will range from Rapid (30 min) through to 90 minutes. You may need to revise the length of your talks. The Chair will be responsible for outlining the theme, introducing each speaker and timekeeping. A short Q&A session is encouraged.
